Sien van Meurs

born in 1953 in Landsmeer/Netherlands.
Studies at the Arts Academy in Stockholm/Sweden, and the Glass School of Orrefors/Sweden, as well as the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Glass Workshop, in Amsterdam/Netherlands.
Head of the Glass Section of the National Collego of Art and Design, Dublin/Ireland;
lecturer at institutes in England, Sweden, Canada and the USA.
Member of the Master Class “In de Voetsporen van Joep Nicolas?, Maastricht/ Netherlands, “Alden Biesen?, Belgium; “Bild-Werk? Frauenau/Germany and Klein-Lützel/Switzerland.
Participation in exhibitions for individuals and groups, among others, in Enschede and Rotterdam/Netherlands, Düsseldorf Kunstmuseum, Michigan/USA.
