Ito Takeshi

Born in 1976 in Akita/Japan.
He started working as a glassmaker in 1998. In 2010, he received a scholarship from the government of the Czech Republic as well as from the Jonan Skills Development Center in Tokyo/Japan. In 2012, Master of Arts at the Academy of Arts in Prague/Czech Republic. In 2013, artist in residence at the Maumau Artist Residency Center in Istanbul/Turkey and in Akos/Yerevan, Armenia. Participation in exhibitions at home and abroad.
