Marta Gibiete

born in 1973 in Liepaja/Latvia.
She studied at the Latvian Academy of Arts, Glass Department, and the Applied Art College in Liepaja/Latvia.
Since 1997, she has been exhibiting her works, among others, in Latvia, Japan, Hungary, the Netherlands, Sweden, France and the USA and took part in several symposia. Her works are displayed in museums in Denmark, Germany, Hungary and Latvia.
