Lucian Butucariu

born in 1958 in Brusturoasa, District of Bacău/ Romania
In 1982, he graduated from the Fine Arts Institute “Nicolae Grigorescu? in Bucharest/Romania and was awarded a Ph.D. in visual arts theory in 2007.
Product designer of the glass industry in Bucharest/Romania since 1982; lecturer at the National University of Arts since 1990.
Since 1982, his works of art have been displayed on the occasion of all exhibitions of the Union of Romanian Artists. Further exhibitions in Germany, Romania, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Japan, France, Denmark and Turkey.
